  • Development of a web-based/mobile interactive multilingual health risk assessment and management system

  • Development of the principles for personalized medicine based on the parameterization of biomedical time series using flicker-noise spectroscopy

  • Development of an interdisciplinary approach to revitalizing and commercializing hot deserts using systems thinking and space technology experience in designing life-support systems for long-duration flights

  • Phenomenological analysis of medical, biological, geophysical, and other natural stochastic time and space data series to determine the precursors of abrupt changes in the state of complex living systems, correlations between the elements of the system and its main characteristics

  • Development of a novel water and wastewater filtration process, depth membrane filtration, that synergistically combines membrane separation and depth filtration in one module

  • Comprehensive theoretical study of nonuniform particle deposition at different space scales and its application to increasing the efficiency of depth filters and ultra- and microfiltration systems

  • Formulation of a framework for integrating biological and ecological processes into traditional chemical engineering process flow schemes
